Wilton

Dating back to the 1700s, this intricate and detailed style of weaving originated in Wilton, England, and is the hallmark of luxury, quality, and durability. The Starks bought Wilton to the U.S. in the 1960s.

The pile is created by weaving yarns around a series of wires, while the loop is created by leaving the yarn intact. Most styles are crafted with 2-5 colors.
