A face-to-face Wilton carpet, like the kid-friendly Kuro, is woven by using two layers of warp yarns (face pile warp and backing warp) and two sets of weft yarns (face pile weft and backing weft) to create a durable, intricately designed, and tightly woven carpet with a distinct face and backing structure.
