The Ranit rug brings the elemental beauty of natural materials into a distinctly graphic composition. Part of the Rooted Beauty curated collection, its geometric design is defined by interlocking linear forms that shift and intersect across the surface, creating a rhythmic pattern with an almost architectural quality. Subtle tonal variation and an earthy palette lend the bold geometry a softened, organic character.

Hand-knotted in Nepal, Ranit is crafted from 60% wool and 40% hemp, pairing wool’s natural warmth and resilience with the distinctive texture of hemp. With 100 knots per square inch, its finely crafted construction gives definition to the intricate line work while creating a richly tactile surface. The natural character of the fibers enhances the depth of the pattern, allowing the design to evolve beautifully across the rug.

Fully custom, Ranit can be tailored to the scale and proportions of the space, allowing its graphic composition to become an integral part of the interior architecture. The hand-knotted construction ensures that subtle variations in texture, color, and knot density become part of each rug’s individual expression.

A compelling balance of geometry and nature, Ranit reflects STARK’s appreciation for honest materials, sophisticated pattern, and the enduring artistry of the handmade.
